BatchLine Version 2.2 Release

We are excited to announce the release of BatchLine version 2.2. This latest release comes packed with a number of improvements and new features that will streamline your batch production processes and enhance your quality management. Let’s dive into what’s new:

​1. Input larger number of digits in Batch Execution Dialog 
​We now support up to 20 digits in the Electronic Batch Record (EBR). This will allow industries needing large numbers of digits to have more precise values and maintain  accuracy in the batch report and history log.

2. Reference repeat instruction values in batch specification and calculated values.
Now you can reference the latest value of repeat instructions in your batch specification and automatically calculate it with your selected instruction.

We add a few new functions for direct use in your batch/recipe which are:

• SumRepeat: Sum all value in a repeat instruction
• MinRepeat: Get minimum value in a repeat instruction
• MaxRepeat: Get maximum value in a repeat instruction
• AverageRepeat: Get average value of a repeat instruction

3. Configure expiration date formats in batch and report.
​You now can customize the expiry datetime format in your batch record and report to have your preference time zone which will be easier to understand on your batch execution date:

4. Allow multiple role signatures to verify the batch in EBR Execution Dialogue.
​Giving more flexibility to set more than 1 role to verify an instruction, such as allowing both Supervisor and QA to review and approve the instruction after an operator executes.

5. Allow to skip optional instruction in Batch Execution Dialog without raising an exception.
Giving flexibility to set an instruction to optional in the batch execution workflow that can be skipped later without creating an exception. and the system still records the activities as usual in the batch report.
